You'll feel better in the morning
Heddrite was developed by a medical doctor and clinical pharmacologist who has been working on alcohol and its effects on the body for more than 30 years, both as a physician and as a Senior Investigator at the National Institutes of Health. He also wrote the book on the treatment of alcohol withdrawal symptoms.
It is designed to help with hangover symptoms and with the skin flushing some people experience when drinking alcohol.
If that's all you need to know, you can go right ahead and... try it out
But we would have a few more questions, and you probably do too. Here are the ones we most often get from our customers:
How does this stuff work?
Heddrite contains two ingredients that help your body get rid of acetaldehyde, a toxic byproduct of alcohol (read the details).
Should I take Heddrite before I drink or after I drink?
Both. You should start with three capsules before drinking and take three more when you are done drinking.
If I drink more, should I take more?
Good question! The short answer is “yes!”
We all have those occasions (the company Christmas party, for example, or your little brother’s wedding) where things get a little out of hand. While the recommended dose will do you just fine if you’re splitting a bottle of wine (and maybe a couple of extra glasses) with your sweetie, you definitely want to take more if we’re talking beer pong and Tequila shooters, or if that single malt tasting party goes on a little longer than you expected.
The bottom line: the more you drink, the more acetaldehyde your body needs to get rid of. If a couple more hours have gone by and you are still drinking, it's a good idea to take another 2 or 3 pills. If you know you are going to drink a large amount over a long period of time, you should plan on extra doses. If you do extra drinking without extra doses, you probably will not feel as bad the next day as you ordinarily would, but you probably won't feel so great either.
Speaking of which, another good question is...
Will I feel 100% the next day?
No. Heddrite does a good job on the nastiest hangover symptoms, but alcohol affects so many different systems in the body that you are unlikely to feel absolutely 100% the next day. We aim to get you up to 80 or 90%.
Our personal research shows that it’s reasonable to expect to feel a little tired and dragged out, especially if you’ve had quite a bit to drink. But “a little tired and dragged out” is a big improvement over “like death warmed over!”
Will Heddrite help with skin flushing?
Some people, especially those of Asian ancestry, experience annoying skin flushing symptoms when they drink. We originally thought of Heddrite as a hangover remedy, but we have been surprised by the number of customers who have reported good results with controlling their flushing symptoms.
Is there anything else I should do besides taking Heddrite?
It's definitely a good idea to drink plenty of water when you drink alcohol - getting dehydrated will not help. And if your aim is a good buzz rather than a serious party night, you can always reduce the risk of hangover symptoms by consuming alcohol with food. You should not drink if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning on getting pregnant.
And as one of our favorite radio DJs likes to say, if you drink, don't drive, and if you drive, don't drink!
Does it make sense to take Heddrite if I’m just having a couple of drinks?
The answer to this question depends in part on how sensitive you are to hangover symptoms. In general your liver does a good job at breaking down the acetaldehyde from one or two drinks.
Our best guess answer to this question would have been “no,” but we have gotten some raves from older customers who like a glass or two of wine with dinner and find they can tolerate it much better with Heddrite. I guess our new answer would be “give it a try and see what you think.”
I'm just the webmaster, so what do I know, but I take two or three any time I go past two drinks. I feel better and more clear-headed the next day.

The best proof that Heddrite works was my experience at a Polish wedding with a lot of straight vodka shots, mixed drinks and partying from 5pm-7am....yes I was tired, but woke up around 1pm feeling good while everybody else from the party was very sick with headache and indigestion. I used it as directed and I was very positively surprised that it was so beneficial to take it. I have no hesitation to recommend it !! Moreover I gave it to my friends…they were all thankful for the gift!

I was surprised to learn that after using good amount of non-diluted vodka and brandy prior to a late evening party - I woke up next morning without the usual heavy head and dry mouth. In fact I felt pretty good, and was able to take on few intellectually demanding tasks. I would highly recommend using this product, and I will be getting it as a gift for all my close friends and relatives. Thank you!
